For Parents!

Payment options:

Summer Pass: 25 dollars with access to all of our events for the summer

Single Pass: 5 dollars for every event you go to.

   - We are expecting to have around 3-5 events throughout the summer depending on turnout

   - All participants are expected to show up with either 5 dollars for a single pass or 25 dollars for a summer pass (their name will be written down on a list to keep track)

   - If you/ your family are unable to pay the participation fee, please message us by using the text message button on the bottom right of your screen, or email: Berkshiregames413@gmail.com

Payment:

• Payment for the Berkshire Summer games can be made in person in cash as the participation fee.
• The participation fee is an indirect donation to the Yemen Crisis relief fund
• All cash proceeds from the events will be manually donated to a Yemen Crisis relief fund (click link below to find out more) 

Other Donations:

   - We have created a GoFundMe campaign (for Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation) on our home page and on the second link below for separate community members who are not participating in the Berkshire Summer Games to be supportive of our cause.

   - Whereas, the Yemen Crisis donations are for the students and their parents that ARE participating in the Berkshire Summer Games via cash not GoFundMe.

   - That being said, for the parents of the participants, feel free (if able) to donate to both funds and help be part of change!

For safety measures for every participant that will be coming to our events, The Berkshire Summer Games will be following these Massachusetts guideline (click link below to read)
